To begin this tutorial start off at the home screen of one of your blogs.

Next you are going to want to choose a post you would like to add the picture or video to.

Once you are into the editing page for your blogs posts if you want to add an image to the post click the "insert image" button at the top.

If you are trying to add a video and not an image then click the "insert video" button that is right next to the "insert image" button.

And lastly with both options the last thing to do is choose how you would like to upload the image/video to the post.
